“Students in Computer Science deal with the planning, modelling, design, and implementation of complex systems and processes in software and hardware. “

– This means, that we learn about all areas of Computer Science, starting with theoretical computer science, mathematics, physics to the concrete implementation and optimisation of solutions.

Specialities in Heidelberg

In Heidelberg you can choose between many subjects for your area of applications. There you take lectures of a subject of your choice, for example medical technology, psychology, philosophy, physics and many more. The area of application contains 24 of the 180 LP, which usually are at least 3 lectures. 

All in All the study program is on the rather theoretical and mathematical of computer science.
